Is this desktop good or bad for gaming?

I recently just bought a HP desktop. I didn't know what I needed to look at(specs) To know if it's a good computer for gaming or not! So I bought it anyways:/ now I feel stupid because this stupid piece of machine is terrible… Can't even play minecraft. Runs like 1-10 frames(FPS). Yeah… Bad! I'm pretty sure it's because of the GPU( AMD Radeon HD 8240) the only reason I also got it is because if was cheap (319.99) 110$ off original price. Should've known it was bad… I basically want to only play minecraft, and minecraft is a java game(yes I can run java and it works.) Is there any way to increase my FPS? Do I have to but a new GPU(I was thinking about the AMD Radeon 6450) but I'm not sure if my computer can run it! Do I need to return this piece of junk and buy a new computer? Suggestions please?! I don't really want to build my own computer because it costs Way too much!

What GPU's are good for my desktop?

Computer specs:
Processor: AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics
4gb of ram
64 bit windows 8 os
It's and HP desktop too
Graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 8240… I read that it's a bad card for minecraft… But I'll let you guys decide.

If the graphics card is the problem. I'm think on buying the AMD Radeon 6450 2gb ddr3 GPU! I hear it's real great for minecraft, but will it work with my computer? Will it also work with minecraft real well( at least 40-60fps)

Can't install Java Properly on Windows 7 32-Bit?

So, Java had this new update. Java update 67 they called it. I updated it and noticed some anomalies on my Minecraft. I can't login anymore, I searched the fix and it was "Reinstalling Java because the current version is corrupted." So I did so. And you know what happened next. I can't install Java properly anymore. It closes right after 100%. Saying: "Java has stopped working". I tried re-installing and uninstalling 20 Times now. Nothing so far works.
Please help me, I want to play my game once more.

I was at a store with my friend(we're both teen guys) he's really into the game minecraft so we were looking around for things related to it. Anyway he saw some minecraft shirts and started looking at them this kid came up to us and said
Kid: Hey dude (looked at my friend) I see that you like minecraft me too
Friend: Yeah I love this game it's alot of fun
Kid: I'm 10 years old

His mom came over and said this
Kids mom: Get over here right now( kids name) you do not need to be talking to perverts who are twice your age
My friend doesn't look old he is just tall for our age(he was wearing a beanie and it kind of covered his eyes but just a little bit) I walked over to the mom and said
Me: You don't need to be calling my friend a pervert he isn't and your son started talking to him about a video game
Kids mom: Wow really do I need to call security on your pervert friend?
Me: I just told you my friend is not a pervert what makes you want to call strangers that?
Kids mom: That is it I'm calling them

I'm not making this up this happened when we were at a store. She said those things really loud like she was yelling and security did come but they didn't tell us anything(because we did nothing wrong) did she have the right to call my friend that?

What is a good Free To Play game?

I'm looking for any FREE TO PLAY games (either steam or non-steam) but i'm very picky.
I really like First Person Shooters but recently I've been enjoying games like "Minecraft and Unturned".
(As you know Minecraft is payed but my friend bought it for me so in reality I really don't have any money to buy anything)
I really need games that are small in sizes like the max i could handle is 10GB.
