My games have dropped in fps?

Vtoday i was playing rust and noticed that instead of about 30-50 fps i was getting 10-15 fps and it is very hard to kill someone on that kind of fps. CSGO dropped from 80 to 60 and minecraft was going from 75 to 15! I know something is wrong because i put rust on fastest and beautifal and still get the same fps?

I'm running into one major problem here, I have no idea where to find the acounts to move the saves to. I know where the saves are and everything but not the accounts. Any help would be much appreciated.

Huzuni for minecraft won't work after downloaded?

Okay so it's not my launcher or download of huzuni I don't think. I have a new launcher of minecraft. It's like you just got minecraft for the first time. I'm using 1.7.10-1.8 and for some reason when I download huzuni it won't work. I open up %appdata%, open.minecraft, open versions(and there are no versions since its new) and I drag the huzuni file to versions. Yet when I open up my launcher and go to new profile/edit profile, it does not show release of huzuni._. I have no clue why. I'm trying to use Huzuni 3.3.2. Please tell me what's messed up. I believe i'm doing what I have always done before…
