Sibling won't stop talking at night?

I share a room with a sibling, and when I'm trying to sleep, they call my name and start talking, even if I don't respond. Sometimes they sing at night. I hate it, and during they day, they tend to not mind their own business, sit on my work laptop and never get off, signed into their internet accounts (Minecraft, Skype, Facebook, etc) and not bothering to sign out. Is there a solution to this, or am I just doomed?

What is a good online MMORPG?

So I played runescape for a very long time. Had the vetercan cape, the one where you have to be playing for 10 years to get. Well I stopped playing that a while ago, maybe 2 or 3 years ago and really have only been playing minecraft.

Now I was a member in runescape and did purchase minecraft, I like games that have a free version you can play and build skills so you can have fun with the game even if you don't pay for a memberhship or something.

I've played Runescape, WoW, DC Universe online, and a few other games like them. Some of the games I played were just beta games. Now I do not want to have to pay to play. Games where I have to play to even play first are games I despise. I'm talking online games like browser games or something.

So, any suggestions? I also played a game that was more paper animation, started with a T. Can't remember. Anyways, What do you guys suggest?
