Am I cursed by Minecraft? - 1

I was a playing minecraft and i was making the bord bgame clue iwth my frends but we culdn't get the shuffler to work properly that would shuffle the cards it didn't shuffle the cards even tho it was perfect. Resently i started using comparators i knew i shuldn't tampter with the dark arts but i did. Cano= coult the comparator have cursed me with minecraft curses? I'm scared please help?!
My computer has a Pentium Dual Core.
however upon checking my device drivers, all thats showing up is Mobile Chipsets(yuck) which is completely wrong.
I've been attempting to play some things like ArcheAge and Minecraft and none of them work.

I have a Dell Latitude D610 and when I try to open up Minecraft 1.8.7 it launches then the main menu background comes up… But just the main menu background. When I try to click the window it says "(not responding)". All I'm asking for is some tips on how to make my computer faster or how to make Minecraft work.
I need to update it on my laptop so I can fix my Minecraft crash but I know next to nothing about electronics so please explain thoroughly!

My specs are i7 4770k, gtx 770 and 16 gb ram. I tried malwarebytes, adware cleaner and hitman pro and my drivers are up to date. All my games are lagging when loading things every 5 seconds. Please someone help.
Minecraft destroying signs?
Added (1). So I want to destroy every sign in the world. I downloaded this world and there's signs everywhere. I would rather get rid of them instead of keeping them there. It is a massive area I have to get rid of so I can't do /fill.
