What happened to my google chrome?

About 2 days ago I got on my computer and my chrome (no matter what webpage) says "he's dead Jim". And also when I try to uninstall chrome it says it can't unless all of chromes windows are closed even if none are open. Also I haven't downloaded anything that could give me viruses unless Norton security and Minecraft are high security risks.

What should I bring with me to the Nether [Minecraft]?

I found the stronghold in my survival world, but realized I kind of needed blaze powder. I have a nether portal set up and ready to go, but I don't know what I need to survive. Besides the basics (torches, food, wood, etc) what should I bring with me to stay safe?

Viruses after resetting windows 10 to factory settings?

Hey everyone - I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from 7, and when I did I received a ton of viruses. I assumed these were downloaded previously, And couldn t be run on 7, which is why they were appearing now. I decided to reset my computer to factory settings. Now however, I have the same exact viruses popping up, although I d deleted them. The only things I've downloaded since resetting are Minecraft, Google Chrome, McAfee, Paint.net, and the Minecraft Forge installer.
I looked it up, and none of these are said to contain viruses, so I don't know how they could have gotten on. It's become quite a pain because the virus doesn't allow me to open chrome, it just makes chrome not respond, so I have to use Microsoft Edge.
Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions, they are greatly appreciated!
