Can you download minecraft on a 1990 laptop?

I have an old laptop from 1990-2000ish and the Internet was disabled. Can I get any version of minecraft? If not, does anyone know how to get the Internet back?

What PC part to get next?

I just got a new Radeon sapphire r9 270 and I have 500hdd, 4gb ram, Intel i7 860 2.8 ghz and an old ugly green and orange biostar motherboard. I play games like battlefield 3,4, h, minecraft, csgo, mortal kombat X, fine at 60 frames but some other games just don't meet my expectations. I really need a new case motherboard and processor because there's a stripped screw in the mother board so I'll have to get all of those, or if I should just get more ram or like an sli gpu. I have a 750w psu so sli would be fine. Just can't. Decide

Minecraft Pvp with fishing rod?

I Keep asking people how they do it. Ik there's no way you can move forward and change the hotbar at the same time with out using the scroll but i've notice most youtubers don't use the scroll. So how do they do it? How do you do the fishing rod trick?

Do you know of a cheap gaming pc?

So I want to get a new gaming laptop, my old one is trash. I'm not well into money the most I have to spend is 600. The main game I want to play is Minecraft and rust. Minecraft keeps disconnecting what should I do?

My brother and I plays the multiplayer and we're sharing same Wi-Fi in the house, first we could able to join each other then my brother can able to join my world while I'm the host it works completely fine but after a split second my brother's minecraft says "You have been disconnected". And then we tried the alternate he can be the host while I'll join him but again after a split sec "You have been disconnected".
