I went into safe mode and tried the system restore. But it kept showing these lines on the login screen. Then when I logged in, my computer screen would go black, and I couldn t do anything. Please help me. And I'm quite embarrassed to tell this but I really need help.

When I open Minecraft 1.8.9 it opens to the main page normally but when I try to open single player or multiplayer, it doesn't load until it's forced to crash. And when I try to use 1.14.3 it doesn't even make it to the front page before crashing.

I have no idea how computers work. I tried researching the best gaming laptop that falls under $1000 but I get very confused when hearing or reading things like "core" or "GTX". I'm looking for a gaming laptop that is mostly used for these two games; Minecraft and League of Legends. I also want to be able to use it for school work. Id like one that has a light up keyboard but it's okay if it doesn't.
