Normal minecraft vs Minecraft (windows 10 version)?

So, I have a windows 10 PC and I really want to get minecraft. But the problem is I don't know which one I should get. Should I get the Normal minecraft from the actual site, or should I get the minecraft windows 10 edition which is being sold on the windows app store?
