My computer keeps crashing on every game I load whether its Assassins Creed, GTA V, Overwatch, Apex Legends etc?

I have updated all my drivers, windows and even hard reset the PC and it still crashes to the desktop or the BSOD then reboots… Sometimes Fortnite or Minecraft work but everything else is a no go… Overwatch almost freezes my PC where I need to push the actual power button to turn it off

My specs are

Ryzen 5 3rd Gen 3600
ASRock Radeon RX 5700
G.Skill DDR4 3200mhz 2x8gb
Seasonic 750 +80 Gold PSU
TUF gaming x570
500gb SSD
1TB HDD

Are these parts new

If the BSOD has an error code then update your post, this may help to pinpoint the fault. Often this indicated a hardware problem
I would test the memory with windows memory testing tool, type memory in the start/search box and follow the prompts. Make sure the PCI-e power connectors are plugged in
If the memory is good, then check the SMART status of the SSD and HDD using crystaldiskinfo or the utility provided by the SSD/HDD manufacturer
If the memory and hard drives are good your next step would be to replace the PSU/graphics/motherboard with known good working parts. As you are unlikely to have these you will probably have to take it to a workshop

Might wanna check the CPU temp while playing games. Might wanna ask the computer builder or the CPU manufacturer what the CPU limits are.

I don't know, but you may need to bring it to a tech or get a faster computer!

If you have any overclocking done to your computer you need to remove it. Otherwise I have one PC that did this sometimes only on games and figured out it was the video card. I was able to fix it by underclocking the video card by about 10%, which obviously isn't ideal, but the alternative is getting a new video card.
