Minecraft + forge= main menu + game skipping frames and pausing for a second or 2?

I can run minecraft on ultra i use a mod launcher (not problem)

also if i can run hexxit or attack of the b-team with no lag

Well first of all, since Minecraft unfortunately doesn't support mods, Minecraft doesn't try to fix anything for Forge and mods. It depends on how many mods you have, your version of Forge, and the computer you use. I suggest trying to update Forge. They're always making new updates! Try this site: http://files.minecraftforge.net/...forge.net/ It has every single Forge update.
