Can I run minecraft at 400 fps (frames per second) using the following settings?

Type - Gaming deskstop
Operating system - Windows 8.1
Processor - Intel® Core i3-4130 Processor (3.4 GHz, 3 MB cache)
Storage - 1 TB HDD, 7200 rpm
RAM - 8 GB DDR3
Graphics card - AMD Radeon R7 260X
Graphics card memory - 2 GB GDDR5

Not really good with computer specs but I would like to play my favorite game as recording without going down to 8fps like my laptop does now… Thank you for the help.

This computer would run Minecraft very well. An i3 processor at 3.4GHz, and 8GB of RAM should do very well. Regardless, 400 FPS is kind of pointless because anything above 60 is essentially wasted. Most screens are really only capable of about 60Hz (60fps), so 400… Well, while some people use it to show off, about 85% is wasted.

Well firstly wanting to run any game at 400 fps is pointless as it is faster then the speed of your vision.

Apart from that your setup looks good and minecraft should run very well on it yes, not that I recommend windows 8 but hey minecraft doesn't really take much to run anyways.

You can't run Minecraft at 400 fps. The max is 120 fps. And if you want 400 fps to record YouTube videos, YouTube can only handle 30 fps anyway. Nice phone btw.

Also, no. Those specs wouldn't run it at 120 fps. They would run at about 50-60 fps. Which is good.

Yes those specs will be fine for recording and playing but it won't be 400fps but like others have said anything over 60fps is waste unless you have a monitor that is over 60Hz

Since minecraft is almost entirely CPU intensive then using an intel i5 would be a much better choice, get one if you can afford it.
