Minecraft technical issue, anyone have a solution?

Ok so i recently attempted to create a mod for minecraft and downloaded all the necessary items and added the path ect but i then i kinda gave up and decided to just delete the recently installed items, but as i kind of expected it ruined my minecraft. I used the minecraft installer to repair and i even re-installed minecraft after uninstalling it with the same installer, the issue that i'm having is that i'm no longer able to load mods to my minecraft. And after doing the things i stated to no avail i'm still unable to use mods. If anyone is able to assist me it d be greatly appreciated.
