Minecraft Forge 1.6.4 NOT working? Does anyone have a solution?

I downloaded Minecraft Forge 1.6.4 and suddenly as I downloaded it the Minecraft launcher no longer wanted to work. Does anyone think they might have a solution to this problem? Even though these might not be the appropriate forums to ask this question, I do believe this sevice has a better community.
