So, I have modular flower pots and crayfish s furniture mod installed, and whenever I try to place a block from one of those mods, it shows up invisible. It still has the selection outline, and I can use the objects, but they are invisible. How do I fix this?

Check if you have any other mods installed that could make it invisble. Or try to make another world in creative and see if it is invisble then too.
