Is there any mod that makes minecraft diamonds spawn more?

I saw. In the hexxit mod pack that diamonds spawn hills. What mod is that?

No clue what mod it is, but if you want a bit more work for a custom experience, you can get WorldPainter for Minecraft. It lets you make terrain and everything, and you can pick spawn rate for every mineral, you can make the ground material diamond blocks, etc.
