I want to build a gaming pc for under 500?

Ok so i reaelly want to get into the pc regioen of the world. I only have 510$ to my name. Exact cash. I don't really want to run big games like crysis 3 and bioshock. Just want to play mainstream games like minecraft call of duty ghost and the rest of the serioes, garries mods, and all other games that are farely new. So i want to atleast run more then 80fps on minecraft. My labtop has 4gb of ram. It runs 40-60 fps on minecraft. I haven't tried any other games because i know it won't run it. I want to easily run games with no issues. I don't have the money to upgrade right away so make sure the parts are in my budget but are actually good parts. Thank you.
