I found this list and i don't know much about hardware but this list in link above, is it good for builfing a pc that can run BF3, BF4, and minecraft on medium to high settings smoothly.

That will be just fine for gaming at high settings.
Two things I noticed that should be switched though, the ram is a bit expensive, Newegg has an 8GB kit of 1600Mhz RAM for 64.99 with free shipping. That's almost $25 less there.

Also look for the 260X graphics card to take the place of the 7790, it's a slightly cheaper re-badged version and I believe it's slightly more powerful.
Lastly, you will need an operating system. Windows 7 is $15 cheaper than Windows 8.
So if you prefer windows 7 then definitely get that, unless you already have an install DVD.
