This can run minecraft with a HD Texture pack and nearly max settings(I bought it and play minecraft), also its only 30$ more than your max but its worth it. It has intel i3 and 6GB Of ram and 500gb HDD, i don't know how garrys mod will work though so your on your own for that one.
