Looking for a laptop that can run minecraft?

Looking for a laptop that can run minecraft pretty well and not overly expensive (700 dollars and below) The cheaper the better!

Just look for anything with an i5 or an i7 processor clocked at maybe 2.5GHz+ and over 6GB of RAM. That should be plenty to run Minecraft on a high frame rate.

I got a new laptop just to play minecraft as well. I spent 500 dollars and my little brother shoved a cookie in the CD rom and now nothing works. I then shoved my little brother somewhere to get back at him.

Just for Minecraft that's it? OK if you are not going to be running any games like Battlefield 4 than here is a Really cheap laptop my sister has. She gets about 30 frames per second and higher running Minecraft. That is pretty good for this laptop.

It is not a bad laptop considering its $400 price tag. If you Really want a good gaming computer build a desktop for the same price and It will run a LOT more than just Minecraft. Now just because I recommended this laptop does not mean you should not do more research on good laptops! Hey you could find one that's better!

The current laptop's hardware is based around the Windows 8, which needs more memory and less CPU power.

Minecraft is a heavy GPU, CPU and memory game. If you can get a i5 with around 3.2ghz than go for it!
