I want to use archimedes ship mod on feed the beast yogcraft, however the version of ftb is lower than the minecraft version of archimedes ship mod. Is there any way I can change the version of the mod to be compatible with feed the beast. If not, is there an older version of archimedes ship mod out there?

The mod only goes back as far as 1.5.2 and Yogcraft is on 1.4.7 so sorry no there's no version for your yogcraft game. You can't just make a few alterations to make it work since Minecraft had a major overhaul in 1.5 and a lot of mods got completely rewritten to make them work. Your best bet is to pick another ftb pack that is 1.5.2 or higher (or build your own) and add your shop mod to that since most of the mods in yogcraft probably have later versions that you can use.
