Help MY MINECRAFT PROFILE HAS A DEALETED?

Ok so i wanted to play some pixelmon when i do to forge and there's someting called "MinecraftRelms"
I click it and it saied i wosent in the wrihgt Relm i disited ti do some normal minecraft instead (Because i thought it was just a mod thing) and right when i saw that i had to type in my acount deatals i knew something was up. I clicked play and EVERTHING I CREATED MY SINGLE PLAYER WORLDS AND MULTIE PLAYER SURVERS All GONE! SOMEONE Help ME Please!
