What are some good or the best mod pack that will add more weapons/food and more dungeons and structures to the game as well as tiers of ores, but I do not like tekkit or FTB that are concentrated on wiring and what not.

Try the landmines mod. It's where all the building blocks have Tnt inside them where nobody can see it, if you camouflage it with other blocks. It helps to protect your home, so if anybody steps on it it'll blow up and kill the person who steps on it.

The Ultra Modded Survival mod pack is pretty fun and so is CrazyCraft. The Official Walking Dead one is really fun online!
