I was playing Minecraft Survival with my friend and we were in a village. He was on the other side and we just started the game and had no flint or steel and he slept in his house on the other side of the village and when I woke up my house was on fire. I don't know how possibly Herobrine?

Most likely lightning or something like that. Stuff like that can cause fires. Herobrine is NOT real. The Gamer From Mars researched this. If I remember correctly it was a swedish hacker messing with people. Any way most likely weather or something like that.

Herobrine does not exist, and the proof lies within the files of the game. There's no Herobrine file, and it would have to exist for him to technically be in the game. It is most likely that lightning caused the fire, but nearby lava may have also caused it.
