Minecraft seeds with nice houses?

Uhm I don't really know what you mean by "seeds with nice houses". There's seeds where you spawn near villages? But nice houses? Villages are the only generated houses in minecraft unless you call nether forts and strongholds a house. Nice houses are built. Not generated.
