Minecraft Mob health alterations?

Is it posible to change the max health of hostile mobs in mine craft to make them super strong? I'm looking for a more challenging way to play single player. If you know how, please tell.

PS. I don't know how to code

Just change your gamemode to hard or make a hardcore. Or try mods or a server with op mobs in wilderness, like Duncsweb.

1. Play in Hardmode.

2. If that isn't enough look into mods like Better Dungeons, Mutant Creatures, or Infernal Mobs.
