Minecraft Help.Why won't my zombie Spawner work?

I watched alot of videos on youtube. And I did exactly the Same but It Still Didn't work.

Your in peaceful mode, if you press ESC in game at the top should be difficulty, change that to easy, medium, or hard. There also has to be no light anywhere near the spawner (pitch dark).
