Mac book air 13 inch: 128gb with 4gb or 8bg memory(RAM)
I would be using it for everyday things Facebook, YouTube that kind of things, also minecraft and sims would it work with those and what memory(RAM) would be best so it doesn't freeze?

You want a ridiculously priced laptop with a 13" screen for facebook, youtube and playing games? Wow. 13" screen for gaming this image comes to mind 
Plus mac is awful for gaming and anything else in general, you may as well spend a lot less money on a windows laptop which is more capable than a mac for more than half the price with a bigger screen.
