Lost minecraft new worlds folder?

I lost my minecraft's new worlds folder and can't figure out how to get it back, how do I get it back?

I have the saves folder, but it's empty

I'm not sure you can get it back with the worlds in it. You could delete the.minecraft folder and reinstall minecraft and that would give you all the folders again, but empty.
