Is this CPU and GPU good enough?

Not really. I mean, its not bad, but pairing an apu and a gpu does not boost the grpahics at all. The graphics card is also not that good. For justa little more money, you can get a better gpu like the 7850. Maybe get the athlon x4 760k cpu. If you are willing to go higher, i recommend the r9 270 paired with the amd fx 6300, because that would be a good build for the money. With what you have now, you will prob not be able to play cod or boyfriend. I know 3.9 ghz is good, but don't let it fool you, because it is only 2 cores, and games these days take full advantage of the cores, and the more the better. If you are too desperate to get a apu, maybe get the a8 series. So to answer your original question, no, that will probably not be able to play cod, but minecraft, maybe. I'm not familiar with dayz, but i will go ahead and tell you that you should get better.

I dnt know about the processor it should run it but you can find if certain gpu can run certauin games at this site
