I have a bad cpu but a good gpu?

So before i really have the evga gtx 750 ti superclocked 2gb which i found on a local market yesterday!
i was wondering can i temporary max out maybe skyrim with 40+ FPS with this gpu (the evga gtx 750 ti superclocked 2gb)? Yet i have 8gb ram kingston black edition and a bad cpu…

CPU: Intel Core Duo 2 E6400 2.13GHz (My Current CPU)
GPU: evga gtx 750 ti superclocked 2gb

CAN these Spec above max out skyrim? Also maybe minecraft with shaders and get 35/40+ FPS in both games? (Temporary until i get a new cpu and motherboard)

bonus question. : when i actually rebuild my pc (CPU+MOTHERBOARD) and have the following spec can i max out games like battlefield 4, upcoming gta v for the pc, black ops 2, titanfall

GPU: evga gtx 750 ti superclocked 2gb
CPU: i5 4460 3.2GHz
RAM: 8gb Kingston Black edition

Your CPU will bottleneck your gpu making gameplay very choppy

Of course you need a power supply that can run the GTX 750 ti. Any good 450 watt with a 6-pin pci connector should be OK.
For Skyrim by disc (I think online was higher specs

CPU does not meet recommended, so ultra settings on 1080p would be very slow in frames per second by CPU bottlenecking. At 36% performance, guess at 8 frames per second on ultra settings.
Reduced to minimum settings, and CPU meets 138% and graphics and ram are off the charts, so you start at minimum and keep trying to increase the settings. Maybe medium would work at 25 to 30fps.

Minecraft is lower requirements. It would play well I think.

CPU, Motherboard, should need a Windows re-load and may need a new license and could wipe the HDD. You need to discuss the workaround to keep WIndows.

If you are only going to GTX 750 TI, which is now considered midgrade, maybe there's a compatible old Intel quad core for the motherboard that can be bought used.

Consider the FX series from AMD. All you need is an FX-4300 with a GTX 750 ti.
It covers most games good enough. The i5 and motherboard are expensive.
A gaming PC has the graphics card as more expensive than the CPU as a guidance of simple.

Your graphics card is mid tier.
Don't expect to max out ANY game. It'll perform average.
It performs average, high at around 30-40 FPS on BF4
Black Ops 2 on High at 35 FPS
TitanFall at 20 FPS on High
Knowing rockstar and PC games. Probably about 10 FPS on low for GTA V

You'd probably be able to get close to maxing Skyrim at 1080p at 40 or so FPS (it really isn't hard). With mods; however, that would be really, really difficult. Your CPU really would not have a good time and the 750ti is good but not good enough for crazy graphical modifications (my 770 can just barely push out 60FPS with a few dozen mods).

As for the bonus question, assuming 1080p (I really can't tell you what sort of results you're going to get without knowing the resolution you'll be playing at), you won't be able to max BF4, you probably can max BO2, and you won't be able to max TF. As for GTA, how am I supposed to know? They haven't even released it and, seeing how absolutely terrible the GTA4 port was, nobody can max it properly for under $1,000.

That said, you will easily be able to run it at really high, beautiful settings.
