Is the rx 550 graphics card good?

I've never had a pc before and I was going to buy a ibuypower wa8140a2 and it has an rx 550 graphics card and for my first few games I was gonna get left for dead 2, gmod, Minecraft (for my sister) and csgo do you guys think it can run these games?
