What is the best pre built pc for under 550?

I would build a desktop but I don't know how, I don't know what I need, and i don't know how to put it together. What is the best prebuilt one? I want to play bf4, Splinter Cell, and minecraft.

Depends on what resolution and settings ul play at
For bf4 ul need a beefy computer if you want play good setting decent setting then under 550$ won't fit it unless your playing in lower resolution and setting
Building one isn't that hard once you learn and do some studying
