What's a good portable touchscreen (and pen) computer with good graphics card?

I would like to get a portable computer and I want a portable computer that is touchscreen and pen compatible (with pressure sensitivity). That has a descent graphics card that can handle games like minecraft, subnautica and planet explorers.
At least have:
Operating System: Windows XP/Vista/7/8. (If possible)
Memory (RAM): 256MB of RAM required.
Hard Disk Space: 500MB of free space required.
Processor: Pentium 450MHz or later (MMX support required)

If at all possible I'd like it to have a fold-able screen and have at least two (or more) USB ports.

Thanks! Surface 3, Surface Pro 4 or Surface Book. Those sounds like some pretty ancient hardware specifications. You sound like you just woke up after sleeping back in 2002. XD

Most systems pretty much meets your needs already. A Microsoft Surface tablet might just be what you're looking for. But it won't have a fold-able screen (the majority of tablets don't). And it only has one USB port (but I suppose you could always buy a USB Hub if you need more, and it won't have those specific versions of Windows since they are old. Anyways, the Surface Pro 4 has the following specs (the cheapest, you can get better specs if you pay more obviously):
OS: Windows 10 (computers no longer really come with the older versions anymore)
RAM: 4 GB
HDD: 128 GB
CPU: Core m3

Comes with a Surface Pen which has pressure sensitivity.
