Is the AMD A4-4020 (With Radeon R7 graphics on die) good for gaming?

I don't mean like heavy gaming (e.g. Battlefield 4 on max settings in 4k), but just like Minecraft, Wow, League of Legends (most other indie games) and Team Fortress 2. How good is this APU? I want to make a cheap build for my little bro so he can play these games without using my computer. Here is the build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/ThatGuyFromYourAnus/saved/4pDV

Second the APU's are not really good on gaming but you can play games on low settings for sure.
third the APU is CPU(central processing unit) and GPU(graphics processing unit) in the same (die)chip.

Third memory you have chosen is to small and to slow

4GB RAM is minimum for windows vista to windows 8 to get best experience as system memory.

In the APU GPU does not comes with it's own memory so it needs to use system RAM.
today's games demand 512MB to 1.5GB, so you need 6-8GB RAM and this RAM needs to be fest(fest I means in HIGH Hz and LOW timing) to not to bottleneck that GPU.

R7 is just fine for your type of gaming, but definitely go with a quad core at least. You could also get a standard CPU and an R7 gpu. The 265 is about $130 USD. I'm making a budget PC and I will be using the FX-6300 with an R7 265. Also, the FX series is unlocked out of the box, and a 6300 can perform like an i7 for just about a.4 GHz overclock.
