Is an AMD R7-250 graphics card with 2gb memory good for gaming?

Is this graphic card good for games like skyrim, minecraft and maybe call of duty/battlefield?

It would be better than not having a graphics card at all.

If you want a good card spend a bit more tho. The R9 270 blows that away and you can find it for between $150 and $165. 270X is just a bit more.
