My Minecraft suddenly got really laggy, it was fine yesterday (60 fps) now it is 0-35 fps?

Minecraft Version is 1.7.2/1.7.4

Note- I have reinstalled Minecraft, got Optifine, and reinstalled Java. It did not fix the issue

Your specs are amazing compared to my PC and I still get quite high fps so i don't know what the problem maybe. Try changing the resource pack which can at times help. Also try changing the settings to high performance and power saver.
