I need the water in Minecraft to be clear. I have pictures to show the problem?

So I've had the water in minecraft not clear for a long time. I had it at one point then something changed… I'm bad with settings and tried everything. I keep changing it but the water stays the same I want it to be clear. Where I can see… This is what the water looks like when I go under:

I use the texture pack willpack3… But even when I don't use a texture pack it does the same thing. Here is a picture to show what my settings look like:

Can someone please tell me what I should change the settings to? And Please no people who "think" you know what your doing… Please only reply if you know. No time needs to be wasted. And if it isn't a setting I'd like to know what it is… Thanks.

Okay, first of all that's how water in minecraft is supposed to be, it's meant to be murky and unclear, it's how the game is designed. That "one point" where the water was clear was probably caused by a glitch in the game are by a night vision potion, night vision potions are the only in game way of clearing the water. It's either that or downloading a mod called "xray mod" which can allow water to be clear

For clear water i would get opftine and in detail there should be clear water turn that on also if you need anymore help msg me on youtube
