For your budget, you will not find a laptop to function at an acceptable level for what you want.
Instead of the stores you list above, I encourage you to look at Newegg.com, particularly their refurbished machines considering your budget. Also, with a desktop if you decide you need better graphics later for better gaming, you can upgrade the graphics card and even the processor which you can't do with a laptop.

You can get one that plays minecraft, not COD though, that's more graphically intense then you think. I bought this one and can run minecraft maxed out with Optifine and Razer game booster with 30-60+ FPS. It can also play Team Fortress 2 maxed out with good frames.
