What is the best laptop around £300-£400 and can play minecraft and setup Steam?

But I'm not to sure about the graphics card.

The graphics card aint that good it will make minecraft lag

Since Minecraft is mostly CPU-based, this will work fine. I used an i5 with Minecraft before and it worked fine. Steam should almost always be able to run since it's just a program. Ideal would be to get the i7, 2GB GPU version, but this will work.
