I'm getting this error on Minecraft?

Delete it and reinstall… When you download minecraft it will install itself on a vacant system, so you have to move the old one somewhere else or delete it then restart the minecraft file, but donwload the latest version first… Mods cause lots of crashes, for instance…

A full error report would be really helpful, but it seems as if you (or a mod) deleted an essential file for the game. I would remove any recently installed mods and try again. If that doesn't work or you don't have any mods, you should go under programs and completely delete minecraft, then try again. If you have Evolve, that might be your issue, as it happened to me.
