I have nearly everything you could possibly want or need. I have three holes that go down to bedrock, a climbable pillar that goes up to layer 256 (With two landings), I live in a village, I have wolves, every possible farm but pumpkin and carrot, the Dragon Egg, two wither skeleton skulls, a lot of diamonds, quite a few emeralds, a lot of flat terrain, a flattened-out mountain top, I know where a HUGE Nether Fortress is, really good armor and tools, and I've explored at least a thousand blocks in every direction away from my house. I Really don't want to start another Survival world, I guess I'm attached to this one. I've brewed multiple potions and found three Ocean Monuments too. A few of the only things I don't have is… Cats. I want cats but I don't really want to explore too much. I foolishly made the biome size Way too big. Something like six or seven. Maybe eight. I forgot to mention, I also have a bunny and a horse xD Also a chicken farm… With hoppers.
I'm bored in Minecraft! What should I do?
I would always build cool sculptures or long roller coasters when i got to that stage of the game.
Set yourself some challenges.
For example: starting with an empty inventory, you have 10 minutes of daylight before you go underground. You can never return to the surface. If you ever see the sky, you've failed.
Build an underwater dome, drain the water and survive entirely on the sea bed.
Build a house that is completely unconnected to the rest of the terrain. Devise a way to enter and exit the house.
If you are playing the PC version, start modding it. While some mods basically require the world to be reset, most can be added to a world without damaging it (backup the world before you do though.)
How about becoming An Hero?
