Minecraft server can't be found, sometimes with 1 bar?

My hosted mc server is having connecting issues, when i reset my ip and search for it, it finds it with 1 bar. No lag at all during play

then when i get out and look for it again. I can't find it anymore

i have pinged it

Maybe your current MC host servers are overloading their servers and network which is why you could be lagging.

Another reason could be the use of Non SSDs, the HDD on the server might have got fragmented resulting into your further lag.
