I'm finding pc game which you play from nothing, survive and build cities, armies?

Planet explorers has a sort of thing like that. Though you're already part of a faction but you're on your own for survival. You can recruit two "followers" to help you fight and all that, there's also custom vehicle/weapon creation within it. It's still in Beta so the game is quite buggy.

There's some enemy factions as well, and I've gotten the unfortunate pleasure of spawning right in the middle of a hostile camp. Overall the game is quite fun. IIRC there's also a game in development where you've got all the sandbox goodness of Minecraft and similar games, but with the strategic though-process of games like Civilization and other RTS games. I just can't remember what the game was called though.

Rust… A survival DayZ (look up) style game with building. Waych frankie onpcin1080p play it. You'd lobe it.
