How to take out all the items in a dropper/dispenser at once? (Minecraft)?

So I'm trying to make a dispenser that shoots out All of it's diamonds at once when a player steps on a pressure plate. Is there a way to stand on the pressure plate and have every single one of the diamonds in the dispenser shoot out at once? If so, how can I do it?

I don't think that is possible unless you make a crazy redstone contraption. Even after that it would only shoot a few items out at once.

There's no way(so far) for the diamonds to shoot out all at once. You could just jump on the pressure plate and they'll shoot out.
