You can't. To play multiplayer the other person needs to have it on their pc aswell as have an account. One of you need to make a server for you to play on.

You can't. But if you have two computers. You can select to host local LAN server from menu, and then you friends can join it. Everyone must be in same wi-fi. By this way you don't have to make server. Its very simple
