I'm in a position where I can't buy anything online, but I need a cauldron. I tried looking up tutorials, but all I found was minecraft or prop tutorials, which doesn't help. It doesn't have to be fancy or big, just functional. Tips?

Lodge makes a cast iron deep camp Dutch oven that is basically what you're looking for. They come in 5, 8, and 10 quart sizes. (It even has legs.) Some place that sells camping supplies should carry something like it.

Looks like your looking for some type of dutch oven made of cast iron probably a really deep one. Would probably have to find a blacksmith to make one or simply look around if you can't buy online. You don't say what your using it for so the closest alternative imo would be a deep sauce pot.
