How to get resource packs in minecraft?

You have to download them from the internet and put them in your resource pack folder. There are tons of tutorials on YouTube on how to do it.

If you have windows, you should be able to open minecraft itself, and drag a folder from the internet into minecraft. With mac it's a little bit more work but not too hard

You can find them all over the internet, mostly on MinecraftForums.net, or PlanetMinecraft.com. Put them in the Resource Packs folder in the.minecraft files (Press the windows key, and type %appdata% to find it).

After putting the zipped file there, open the game, go into the options menu, find the Resource Packs option, and select the one you want.
