My little brother wanted me to find out some way to combine the MadPack and Attack of the B team. I wanted to ask that same question. It would be nice if there's a download link, but I'm always willing to do it on my own.
How to combine MadPack and Attack of the B Team in Minecraft?

Open the folders of both modpacks, go to the minecraft folder (It should be in each modpack folder)and then go to the mods folder on each one. There just drag the mods from one pack to the other. This will be hard to do because of item conflicts, and other things. It will take a while to do, if it even works since mod configs are changed in modpacks, you may have to just say no:/.
