How to change Nametag minecraft. (So others can see me with a custom name)?

Added (1). Hellow! I got a problem. I want to use a custom name, iTzzAnton -> Nagato fro example.
Anyone got any plugins for that? I've tried Nametag and Nametag Edit, but i can't get them to give me a name instead of a prefix or suffix.

You can't change your name in minecraft. If you want a different name, at this time, you have to buy a new copy and give yourself a different name. If the server owner isn't willing to give you a nickname, or you can't use /nick then you are stuck with your name.
