I can't see other people skin minecraft 1.7.10 But i can see mine

Sometimes I find my self having the same problem. Sometimes its the other way around for me. Most likely its your connection to there servers, there's really no way of fixing this. But it could be the servers acting up. They like to do that time to time. Restart your computer. Internet. Minecraft Client. And everything else you can think of.

Usually it's the internet. What you can do is restart your Minecraft and if that dose not work try restarting your internet. Best of luck hope I helped.
